Nissan Motor Co <a href="https://www.reuters.com/companies/7201.T" target="_blank">(7201.T)</a> on Wednesday reported a 45% jump in second-quarter profit and sharply hiked its full-year outlook, helped by cost-cutting, higher-margin sales and a weaker yen.
