The Palisadian-Post decided to find some of the best spots in the Palisades for teenagers, from the perspective of teenagers. Here is a list of the responses and locations collected, based on anonymous submissions: Palisades Garden Café (lovingly referred to as “Garden” by most high schoolers) was by far one of the most popular responses. It’s my favorite spot in the Palisades, and it’s a perfect way to start any morning (and still not be late to school.) Caruso’s Village (as it’s known amongst teenagers) is another favorite spot, with stores ranging from See’s Candy to Amazon Books.
