Guilherme Estrella, former director of Brazil's state-controlled oil giant Petrobras <a href="https://www.reuters.com/companies/PETR4.SA" target="_blank">(PETR4.SA)</a>, filed a lawsuit in court to block the payment of dividends by the company.
