A Delaware judge ruled on Tuesday that Boeing's <a href="https://www.reuters.com/companies/BA.N" target="_blank">(BA.N)</a> board of directors must face a lawsuit from shareholders over two fatal 737 MAX crashes that killed 346 people in less than six months.
