Guwahati, Sep 10 (PTI) Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday questioned the legitimacy of former Prime Minister late Indira Gandhi and her family members using the ‘Gandhi’ surname, calling them ‘sardar (leader) of duplicates’.
