Season 2 of the pirate pastiche ‘Our Flag Means Death,’ premiering October 5 on Max, is on course to being a great workplace comedy, if it can avoid the riptide of it central relationship between Stede Bonnet (Rhys Darby) and Ed (Taika Waititi).
