Maalik Murphy is expected to step into the starting quarterback role for Quinn Ewers, who suffered a grade 2 AC joint sprain in his right shoulder Saturday, while Arch Manning will get snaps in practice, said Longhorns coach Steve Sarkisian on Monday.
