Chinese chipmaker Yangtze Memory Technologies Co (YMTC) has filed a lawsuit against U.S. rival Micron Technology <a href="https://www.reuters.com/markets/companies/MU.O" target="_blank">(MU.O)</a> alleging infringement of eight of its patents.
