Philippine conglomerate San Miguel Corp <a href="https://www.reuters.com/companies/SMC.PS" target="_blank">(SMC.PS)</a> said on Monday its subsidiary had acquired the reserve gas of the Philippine National Oil Corp for $1.2 billion.
